How do I personalize my diorama?
Choose an available listing on Etsy and enter your player name, jersey number, colors, and optional message in the personalization fields. Review spelling and the selected accessories before checkout.
Where do I place my order?
All purchases and payment are completed through our Etsy shop. This website is a showcase and does not have a cart or checkout.
How long does production take?
Production timing is still being finalized. The Etsy listing will display the current estimate before you order. Please ask about time-sensitive gifts first.
Can you match team colors?
We can work from your requested color combination, subject to available materials. Exact screen, reference-photo, and printed color matches cannot be guaranteed. We use generic sports designs, without professional team or league logos.
Can I request a different sport?
Yes—tell us about your idea through Contact. Browse our baseball design in the gallery. Soccer, hockey, dance, and skating are planned collections; dates and custom-order availability are to be confirmed.
Are these toys?
No. These are decorative display pieces, not toys for small children. Small parts may present a choking hazard. Keep them out of reach of young children and handle gently.
What materials are used?
Displays use 3D-printed components. Exact filament, finishes, and any additional materials will be specified in the Etsy listing before purchase.
Will every piece look exactly the same?
No. Each handmade piece may have slight variations in color, texture, and finish. Subtle 3D-print layer lines can be visible.
Can I send a reference photo?
You can discuss a reference photo through Etsy messages once the shop is connected. Please send only images you have permission to share. A reference helps communicate an idea; it does not guarantee an exact reproduction.
Do you accept returns on personalized products?
The return and cancellation policy is to be confirmed. Read the policy on the Etsy listing before purchasing; do not assume personalized products are eligible for returns.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Contact the shop through Etsy with your order details and clear photos of the item and packaging. Keep the packaging while the issue is reviewed. The applicable resolution process and timing will be specified in the shop’s policies.
